Executive Committee
Projects Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with EWB-USA to identify and select international projects.
- Assist Project Leads in recruiting members for international projects.
- Oversee the project teams’ budget and schedule.
- Provide the Executive Committee with status updates on scope, budget and schedule.
- Help the project teams navigate and comply with EWB-USA’s reporting requirements.
- Work in conjunction with other Executive Committee members to broaden familiarity and knowledge of EWB-USA and the PSP Chapter.
- Attend monthly Executive Committee meeting and other chapter meetings as needed.
Desired Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with construction schedules.
- Familiarity with EWB-USA project process.
Time Commitment:
- 4-6 hours per month on average, in addition to meeting attendance.
- Project coordinator will preferably attend project team meetings (aproximately 1-2 meetings per month, per project).
Service Term:
- Two-year term (Jan 2024 - Dec 2025)
