Projects Coordinator

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with EWB-USA to identify and select international projects.
  • Assist Project Leads in recruiting members for international projects.
  • Oversee the project teams’ budget and schedule.
  • Provide the Executive Committee with status updates on scope, budget and schedule.
  • Help the project teams navigate and comply with EWB-USA’s reporting requirements.
  • Work in conjunction with other Executive Committee members to broaden familiarity and knowledge of EWB-USA and the PSP Chapter.
  • Attend monthly Executive Committee meeting and other chapter meetings as needed.
 

Desired Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with construction schedules.
  • Familiarity with EWB-USA project process.
 

Time Commitment:

  • 4-6 hours per month on average, in addition to meeting attendance.
  • Project coordinator will preferably attend project team meetings (aproximately 1-2 meetings per month, per project).
 

Service Term:

  • Two-year term (Jan 2024 - Dec 2025)
